About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer/Administrative Assistant to be the face of our organization. In this role, you will manage front desk activities, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to our team’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence effectively.
  • Maintain organized records and schedules, ensuring the timely handling of appointments and meetings.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including document preparation and data entry.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0–2 years of work experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
