We are seeking a Front Desk Officer/Administrative Assistant to be the face of our organization. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence effectively.
- Maintain organized records and schedules, ensuring the timely handling of appointments and meetings.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including document preparation and data entry.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0–2 years of work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
