Job Description

An established tech-driven company is looking to hire a skilled Front-end Developer with 3–5 years of experience working with React and JavaScript/TypeScript. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Next.js, have a deep understanding of performance optimization, and be familiar with modern development tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and Next.js
  • Collaborate with design and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Implement best practices for performance, accessibility, and SEO optimization
  • Debug, test, and maintain code for consistency and reliability across platforms
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience with React and strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
  • Proficient in Next.js features including SSR, SSG, ISR, middleware, and App Router
  • Familiar with build tools and deployment platforms such as Webpack, Vite, or ESBuild
  • Solid understanding of CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or advanced CSS techniques
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Knowledge of web performance, accessibility, and SEO principles

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with monorepo tools like Turbo, Nx, or Lerna
  • Experience with GraphQL, tRPC, or similar data-fetching libraries
  • DevOps skills with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms
  • Contribution to open-source projects
  • Exposure to design systems or component libraries
