Frontend Development Tutor (Remote, Volunteer)

FadaQa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Frontend Development Tutor to join our volunteer team. In this role, you will guide beginners through their learning journey, helping them build foundational skills and real-world projects that strengthen their early portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Develop structured lesson plans, course modules, curriculum outlines, and teaching resources.
  • Monitor learner progress and adjust teaching methods to maximize understanding and retention.
  • Support students in building their beginner-friendly portfolios through hands-on, real-life projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve problem-solving, analytical thinking, and coding best practices.
  • Collaborate with other tutors to create innovative and effective approaches to teaching frontend development.
  • Maintain commitment throughout the full duration of the cohort.
    (Volunteer-based position; stipends are available.)

Qualifications

  • Passion for coding, teaching, and helping others grow in tech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of modern SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus.
  • Prior teaching, tutoring, or training experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies.
