Job Description

Deloitte Nigeria is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join its dynamic technology team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced software solutions across multiple high-visibility projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with strong collaboration skills to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused solutions that drive tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engineering solutions that solve complex problems while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Lead requirement analysis, component design, development, unit testing, integrations, and ongoing support of software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX/UI designers, to create customer-centric solutions.
  • Advocate for technical best practices, ensuring code integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and user goals.
  • Continuously improve engineering processes through experimentation, iteration, and adoption of modern frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five credits in WASSCE/NECO or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with at least a second class upper/upper credit.
  • 7+ years of experience with Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, C#, .NET Core, Java, Golang, SQL/NoSQL.
  • Proven expertise in cloud-native engineering using FaaS/PaaS/micro-services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, XP, Lean, SAFe, SRE, and related tools like GitHub, ADO, and SonarQube.
  • Experience with AI/ML and GenAI is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of leading technical teams, performing code reviews, and translating business requirements into robust solutions.
