Overview
Siemens Energy Limited is hiring a General Finance Management Professional to support its Compression Service Organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial expertise to ensure sound financial management across service orders, bids, proposals, and project execution. The role demands attention to detail, a solid grasp of financial compliance, and a proactive approach to supporting project and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate financial and commercial terms of proposals and agreements.
• Ensure accurate costing and pricing during contract negotiations alongside sales and project leads.
• Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and profit optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and prepare regular project status updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or business administration, with a preference for project-based roles.
• Proficiency in US GAAP/IFRS accounting standards, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
