Job Overview
A reputable company in Lagos is seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and enhance overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors with a focus on supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and coordinate business operations to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- Manage supply chain and logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, set budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
- Supervise department heads and ensure cross-functional alignment for operational success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce, with a focus on supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and manage large teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
