General Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Summary
Our client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented General Manager to provide strategic direction and strong operational leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day activities, manage budgets and procurement processes, coordinate departmental teams, and ensure that member services reflect the club’s standards of discretion, professionalism, and family-oriented excellence.
The role requires a leader who can enhance performance, enforce sound financial practices, and nurture a positive and accountable workplace environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Solid understanding of daily operational management.
Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments, preferably within hospitality, private clubs, or service-focused establishments.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, procurement functions, and improve operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging members, staff, and guests.
Skilled in building and maintaining a professional, respectful, and performance-driven culture.
Thorough understanding of workflow planning, scheduling, staff allocation, and facility readiness.
Experience supervising events and major club functions.
Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
Ability to track budgets, monitor expenses, and approve operational purchases.
Competent in reviewing operational reports, identifying performance gaps, and taking corrective action.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.
Benefits
Salary: ₦650,000 – ₦1,000,000 monthly
