As we gear up for rapid expansion, we are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our growth, oversee operations, and drive strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and execute the company’s strategic vision in collaboration with the CEO.
    • Align operations with long-term business objectives and U.S. market priorities.
  2. Operational Excellence:
    • Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
    • Develop and implement scalable systems to expand the team from 15 to 100+ employees within a year.
  3. Talent Development:
    • Lead recruitment efforts to build top-performing teams across marketing, engineering, design, and business.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture driven by innovation and accountability.
  4. Market and Investor Engagement:
    • Oversee product delivery for the U.S. market while exploring opportunities in Africa.
    • Partner with the CEO to handle investor relations and ensure compliance with U.S. standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role, ideally in a tech startup or fast-growing organization.
  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. business practices and venture capital expectations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
