PNN Group is recruiting for an experienced General Manager with a solid background in the Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP) industry. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in driving business growth within the electronic payment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve profitability and drive company growth
- Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting
- Identify market opportunities and manage operational risks in line with industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5–10 years of proven experience in the PTSP or related fintech industry, ideally in a senior leadership position
- In-depth understanding of payment terminal services, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated experience in financial oversight and risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in payment processing, acquiring, and switching
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and compliance such as PCI-DSS
- Awareness of evolving technology within the electronic payment space
