SleekFM, a leading radio broadcasting station under Orogordor Limited, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee its operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a top-tier media platform and ensure sustained growth in audience engagement and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of SleekFM’s operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and mentor department heads and teams to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Oversee content development and programming to ensure high-quality, engaging, and relevant broadcast content.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, partnerships, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with broadcast regulations and uphold the station’s reputation for integrity and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in the broadcast or media industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content creation, audience growth strategies, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast regulations and compliance standards.
