STS Worldwide Shipping is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee business operations, drive organizational growth, and ensure operational excellence across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking skills, and the capacity to manage business performance in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational improvement
• Supervise department heads and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures to improve profitability
• Drive business development initiatives and establish strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards
• Manage staff performance, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness
• Prepare and present operational and strategic performance reports to top management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in senior management or leadership positions
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Experience in operations, business development, or logistics will be an advantage
• Excellent communication, financial management, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced business environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Salary
N900,000 – N1,000,000 per month
