Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly
A growing beauty brand in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires someone with strong leadership capabilities, a keen eye for business growth, and a passion for managing people and processes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to meet performance and service standards.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, general management, or team leadership—preferably in beauty, wellness, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and financial management skills.
- Tech-savvy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Living in or around Lekki Phase 1 is an added advantage.
