Job Description
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT) and Victoria Island, Lagos | Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly
A leading player in the real estate and property construction sector is hiring experienced professionals for the role of General Manager. This position requires individuals with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to oversee operations and drive growth across locations in Jabi (Abuja) and Victoria Island (Lagos).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business operations, including administration, HR, marketing, and sales.
- Supervise construction sites and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in relevant functions within the real estate and construction industry.
- Strong background in business development and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
