An established restaurant brand in Victoria Island, Lagos, is hiring a seasoned General Manager to lead its operations. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with a track record in team leadership, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Candidates with hospitality or restaurant management experience are especially encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and profitable service.
- Supervise and coordinate with heads of departments including kitchen, finance, and front-of-house.
- Implement business strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, manage supplier relationships, and track inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a management role; hospitality background is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of POS or restaurant software is beneficial.
