Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engineering solutions using Golang for commercial systems
- Lead technical designs, participate in code reviews, and oversee high-quality implementations
- Deploy, monitor, and operate services developed by the engineering team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Coach and mentor teammates, providing constructive technical and career development feedback
- Promote and uphold strong engineering standards and organizational best practices
Requirements
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or a compelling alternative career pathway
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results
- Hands-on experience building software applications with Golang
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong personal drive to meet commitments and deadlines
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in performance engineering and application security
- Exposure to accounting systems, sales platforms, sales operations, or other business-related software domains
