Job Description
Astria Learning, a global ed-tech company, is seeking a Google Ads Expert to lead its paid search and media strategy across Google platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who treats ad spend like an investment, consistently optimizes campaigns, and drives measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, and Remarketing.
- Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives daily to maximize ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Set up, audit, and maintain tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events, ensuring accurate performance measurement.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Hands-on knowledge of Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and consistently improve campaign ROAS.
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
- Experience in e-learning, SaaS, or education technology campaigns.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles.
- Knowledge of other paid media platforms such as Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
