Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding project requirements and fulfilling assigned duties under the guidance of a Supervisor.
- Shadow senior team members, ask insightful questions, and provide support where needed.
- Contribute to process improvements by raising concerns and making constructive suggestions.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and share findings with supervisors and team members.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance skills.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a professional work ethic.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of engineering tools and software is a plus.
