Property Broker Intern (Part-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a motivated Property Broker Intern to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate sector while supporting various brokerage and property management activities.

You will assist with property sales, help maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and support the team in developing promotional strategies for property listings. This is a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with brokerage activities and property sale coordination.
  • Support property management and client servicing efforts.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Help prepare sales materials and contribute to property listing strategies.
  • Manage all company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create weekly digital content including leaflets, posters, billboards, client presentations, and social media visuals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest or foundational knowledge in social media and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage and grow social media platforms effectively.
  • Skills in creating engaging digital content (graphics, presentations, promotional materials).
  • Basic understanding of commercial real estate and property management concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for real estate and enthusiasm for learning and adapting.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
