Short Description:
A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Grants and Funding Specialist to support a forward-thinking PropTech startup. This role focuses on securing and managing funding from various sources to fuel innovation in real estate and smart city solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure diverse funding sources, including venture capital, government grants, and corporate sponsorships.
- Oversee funding proposals, project budgets, and financial reporting to ensure full compliance with funding requirements.
- Manage the entire funding lifecycle, from research and application to allocation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align funding efforts with strategic business goals.
- Stay informed on PropTech trends, smart city initiatives, and evolving real estate technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, grants acquisition, or capital sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards, reporting regulations, and equity agreements.
- Proven experience with startup funding cycles, incubators, and public or private grant schemes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
