Short Description / Introduction
A fast-growing fraud and compliance platform for financial institutions and fintechs, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics and video content across social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. If you have a strong passion for design, storytelling, and social media trends, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching LinkedIn posts, infographics, event banners, and marketing materials.
- Create marketing collateral including webinar assets, event visuals, and product guides.
- Produce and edit short-form videos optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Manage digital content production, including video editing, post-production, and social media snippets.
- Oversee the organization’s LinkedIn presence, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Optimize and manage the company’s YouTube channel, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
- Monitor content performance across blogs, newsletters, and social media, and provide reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
