Job Description

Prospex CRM is hiring a skilled Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to create high-impact visuals and motion content that strengthen brand presence and marketing performance. This role is suited for a fast, detail-oriented creative professional with proven experience and a strong portfolio of real, measurable work.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content for digital platforms
• Develop and maintain brand assets while ensuring visual consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
• Deliver creative projects on time with minimal supervision
• Interpret creative briefs and turn direction into strong visual execution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Motion Designer
• Strong portfolio is required – applications without a portfolio will not be considered
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and animation principles
• Ability to work full-time and consistently meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international brands

• Advanced video editing skills beyond motion graphics
