Job Description

A media and entertainment company in Jabi, Abuja is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing eye-catching visuals and professionally edited video content that aligns with brand goals and marketing needs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, and video editing across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional use.
  • Create motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design to enhance video storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign visuals, scripts, and storyboards.
  • Ensure all outputs meet branding guidelines and are optimized for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a solid portfolio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva Pro.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
