Elkris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited is recruiting an experienced Group Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations across multiple locations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, coordinating nationwide product distribution, improving operational efficiency, and leading warehouse teams to support business growth.

Salary: ₦350,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations across all company locations nationwide.
• Coordinate product distribution to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
• Supervise warehouse and logistics teams while driving operational excellence.
• Monitor logistics performance and prepare regular management reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of warehouse and logistics management experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and supply chain processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel nationwide when required.
