Job Description

Bridges Diagnostics, a leading diagnostic center in Lagos, is seeking a proactive Growth Manager to drive business expansion, increase patient numbers, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with strategic execution to identify growth opportunities and implement measurable initiatives.

Location: Eti-Osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and revenue
  • Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, clinics, and corporate organizations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize service offerings and pricing
  • Assess current operations and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth
  • Perform feasibility studies for new services or expansion projects
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable reports for business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Strategy, or Marketing; healthcare experience is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is highly preferred
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
