Job Description

TranqBay Health is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Representative to drive strategic outreach, build high-value partnerships, and support business expansion. This is a remote, contract-based role suited for an experienced professional with a strong network and proven ability to close partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients, HR leaders, and wellness partners
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand service reach
  • Lead outreach campaigns across multiple communication channels
  • Coordinate sales processes from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for potential partners and clients
  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Achieve set growth and revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within Nigeria
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Existing network within HR, healthcare, or wellness sectors
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing with measurable results
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Interest or background in mental health and wellness is an advantage
