Job Description
An experienced Growth Strategist is required to lead operations, sales, and marketing execution while building efficient systems that drive revenue and accountability. This role is suited for a proactive professional who can identify gaps, implement solutions, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve measurable growth. The position combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution across sales, content, customer success, and program delivery.

Salary: N350,000 – N400,000 monthly (performance-based incentives included)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales operations, including lead management, conversion tracking, and CRM optimization using Zoho CRM
- Automate workflows, lead scoring, reporting systems, and follow-up processes to improve efficiency
- Supervise marketing and content teams to ensure consistent campaigns, engagement, and performance alignment with sales goals
- Manage customer success processes, including inquiries, complaints, and satisfaction tracking through helpdesk systems
- Lead execution of training programs, bootcamps, and product launches from planning to delivery
- Build performance dashboards, enforce KPI tracking, and ensure accountability across all teams
- Train, mentor, and manage team leads across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, sales enablement, or business growth roles
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, including automation, analytics, and integrations
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance across departments
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, and campaign tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and deliver results
