Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000
Experience: 4–5 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
A growing organization based in Lekki, Lagos is seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the position of Head, Admin. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in administration, vendor management, and facilities oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Maintain accurate administrative records and asset registers
- Supervise office facilities, support staff, and ensure efficient utilities management
- Coordinate vendor payments and ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Enforce workplace safety, asset tagging, and maintenance procedures
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple vendors effectively
- At least 4–5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
