Job Overview

Polaris Bank is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Head, Customer Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading customer care strategies, improving service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer care unit and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions within established timelines.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate customer care staff to maintain high performance levels.
  • Monitor customer service metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer care or a similar role.
  • Additional academic qualifications are an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as CCSP, CRM, NIM, ICSN, CIBN, or similar will be an added advantage.
