Introduction:
Standard Bank Group is seeking an experienced Head of Digital Platforms to lead the development, implementation, and management of digital platforms for the Personal & Private Banking (PPB) clients within the country. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and seamless digital channels aligned with the overall segment value proposition and client life journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the digital platform roadmap aligned with the PPB strategic priorities, conducting client sensing to enhance understanding of client needs.
- Oversee digital assets and customer experience across developer and customer touchpoints, driving digital analytics, secure operations, DevOps, and digital content strategy.
- Ensure consistent client experience across engagement platforms, maintain platform standards such as design libraries, authentication, and deployment patterns.
- Collaborate with other business segments and third-party partners to deliver integrated multi-product solutions, while ensuring compliance with risk and governance frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5–7 years’ experience managing digital platforms as products, enabling value streams with substantial autonomy.
- Proven background in integrating digital and eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth for Consumer and High Net Worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking, open banking, platform integration, and leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering client solutions.
