Job Description
JC International is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to take on the role of Head, Finance & Accounts. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to support growth and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead budgeting processes, monitor implementation, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory remittances, and internal financial policies.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to maintain liquidity.
- Oversee audits, enforce internal controls, and safeguard company assets.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
