Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining HR best practices.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs to enhance productivity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing insights and solutions for workforce challenges.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or M.Sc. is an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3–4 years as an HR Generalist in a Microfinance or Commercial Bank.
- Certification or membership from CIPM, HRCI, or SHRM is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of HR operations.
