About the Role
An experienced professional is needed for the position of Head, Information Technology in Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of technology systems and ensure smooth IT operations while providing quality support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure and technology-related systems.
- Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of all technology platforms.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects to support organizational goals.
- Provide timely technical support and service to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- A First Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in IT, including proven leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems management, security protocols, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
