Job Description
Nordica Fertility Clinic, a leading healthcare provider specializing in fertility solutions, is hiring a seasoned professional to fill the position of Head of Account. This role is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective financial planning and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and present timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis to guide executive decision-making.
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, tax compliance, and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- ICAN certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Advanced skills in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling.
