Job Description:

A reputable organization in the agriculture industry, is seeking a skilled Head of Administration to oversee and manage the administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will lead procurement, logistics, and facilities management while ensuring efficient organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and inventory control.
  • Supervise logistics and facilities management to support operational needs.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the administrative team to ensure high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and facilities management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
