Optimus Bank is seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee branch operations and ensure seamless banking services. The Head of Branch Operations will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance, managing customer experience, and driving operational efficiency across the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations including cash management, vault control, and transaction approvals.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate business office staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Identify and resolve operational lapses while maintaining efficiency in service delivery.
- Manage customer complaints, monitor satisfaction benchmarks, and promote adoption of digital banking solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in branch operations within the banking sector.
- Strong leadership, compliance, and customer service skills.
