A reputable consulting firm, Don Quester Consulting, is recruiting a Head of Business Development for its client in the advertising and implementation services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and leading a team focused on delivering branding and signage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the branding and signage industry
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value prospects and partnership opportunities
- Build and manage long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and consistent revenue
- Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and industry events with a focus on growth and market leadership
- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, preferably within branding, signage, advertising, or creative services
- Proven ability to lead teams, close deals, and deliver strategic growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of branding concepts and signage solutions
