  • Establish and manage a customer advocacy programme including case studies, testimonials, peer reviews, customer references, and customer-led thought leadership.
  • Create and oversee high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, including:
  1. Editorial and long-form thought leadership
  2. Website content (WordPress)
  3. Social and community content
  4. Video and multimedia storytelling
  5. Webinars, virtual events, and newsletters
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation to optimise content for lead generation, nurture, and conversion, including Marketo-driven campaigns and workflows.
  • Drive SEO strategy and execution to improve organic visibility, keyword performance, and content discoverability.
  • Translate complex BPM and AI-driven concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Sales to develop enablement content that supports deal progression and improves win rates.
  • Track, analyse, and refine content performance using engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, ideally at senior or head-of level.
  • Proven ability to build and execute content strategies that directly support growth and revenue.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative development skills, particularly for complex technology products.
  • Experience creating content across the full funnel, from brand awareness to customer advocacy and retention.
  • Hands-on SEO expertise with a track record of driving organic growth through content.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo for content-led campaigns, nurture programmes, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing and publishing content using WordPress.
