Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 net
Work Mode: Hybrid

A strategic and creative Head of Content Marketing is needed to lead our content initiatives and drive brand growth. In this role, you will oversee content creation, distribution, and performance across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and engagement with our target audience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to align content with business goals.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, optimizing strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior content marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content distribution, and performance tracking tools.
