Duff and Meadows Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Customer Experience to lead client engagement and retention efforts. This role is critical in shaping how customers perceive and interact with the brand—across physical, digital, and service touchpoints. The successful candidate will drive high levels of satisfaction through immersive, engaging, and tailored customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee client onboarding and deliver thorough product and system training.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks and analyze feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless, sensory-rich customer journey.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance experience centers, digital platforms, and client interaction points in alignment with brand standards.
  • Provide internal advocacy for customer needs and influence service development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer experience, client success, or relationship management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full customer lifecycles and develop retention strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
  • Proven track record in client onboarding and delivering training on systems or products.
