ITEX Integrated Services Limited is seeking a strategic and technically strong Head of Engineering / Technology to lead its technology vision and engineering operations. This role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring scalable systems, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineering and technology teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions
• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in line with business goals
• Ensure effective system architecture, software development, and infrastructure management
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and performance
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on product and platform development
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior engineering or technology leadership role
• Strong background in software development, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and complex technical projects
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
