Dragnet Solutions Limited is hiring a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across its portfolio of business solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise business development, strategic account management, and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to drive business growth across existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients while identifying new business opportunities and expanding strategic accounts.
- Generate revenue across recruitment, assessments, training, digital identity, scholarships, and other enterprise solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through renewals, upselling, and cross selling.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasts and opportunity tracking.
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation, contract execution, and client handover.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives, procurement teams, and key decision makers within enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long term client retention.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to account executives while ensuring CRM compliance and sales performance reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership.
- Proven ability to manage large corporate accounts and successfully close enterprise level sales opportunities.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue growth, client acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention.
- Experience selling technology solutions, HR solutions, recruitment services, assessments, identity management solutions, compliance services, training, or similar enterprise products will be an advantage.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating sales teams is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
