Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and provide actionable insights to guide executive decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Relations and Funding: Lead engagements with investors, banks, and partners to secure funding, manage relationships, and negotiate strategic deals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of proven finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, growth-stage organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Asset Financing sector or managing finance operations across emerging markets in Africa, India, or Pakistan.
- Proven ability to secure investments, present financial strategies, and build strategic partnerships.
- Willingness to relocate (for expats), embrace non-traditional work structures, and travel frequently to client sites in Nigeria and Sierra Leone.
