Job Description

An experienced and strategic Head of Finance is needed to lead the financial operations of EPC division. This role is critical in driving financial planning, governance, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives, while ensuring effective stakeholder and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the finance and accounting team.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Advise executive management on long-term financial planning and investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior management, investors, and external partners.
  • Review and monitor financial, HR, and IT-related procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant certification (ICAN, CPA) is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial management, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and investors.
