Job Description
A well-established organization is looking to hire a Head of Finance to lead its financial strategy and operations. This role is based in Ibadan and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in financial decision-making, planning, and compliance in a dynamic environment, ideally within the tech or fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans and models
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards
- Lead and manage cross-functional finance teams and improve operational efficiencies
- Design and enforce robust internal control and compliance frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or ACCA preferred)
- At least 8 years in a senior finance role, preferably in tech or fintech industries
- Expertise in financial modeling, planning, and decision-making
- Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and financial compliance regulations
- Proven leadership and communication skills
