Landmark Africa Group is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and oversee the financial health and strategy of the organization. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and team management skills. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial direction and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to maintain high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic recommendations on capital management, investments, and risk assessment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Expertise in financial planning, strategy, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in financial software, modeling, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
