Job Opening: Head of IT

We are seeking a strategic Head of IT to drive digital transformation and IT innovation within our financial services organization. This leadership role will focus on enhancing our technological capabilities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals for digital transformation.
  • Lead initiatives to implement innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring security and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in IT management, particularly within the financial services sector.

Salary: ₦10M–₦15M per annum
