Job Description

A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and overall business performance. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to oversee all marketing functions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics tracking
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve optimal return on investment
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to enhance productivity and performance
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment in marketing and business strategies
  • Track key performance indicators such as lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Professional certification (CIM, NIMN, or equivalent) is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in hospitality, FMCG, or service-based industries is an advantage
