Termii, a leading communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) provider, is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to spearhead its global marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable growth. This role is ideal for a strategic and data-driven leader passionate about brand storytelling, market expansion, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a distinctive brand strategy that positions Termii as the top CPaaS partner in Africa and international markets.
- Oversee all external communications, PR, and thought leadership efforts to enhance market visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and create tailored go-to-market strategies for new regions and industries.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while effectively managing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Establish data-driven performance dashboards to track, analyze, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in marketing leadership, preferably within SaaS, CPaaS, or technology sectors.
- Proven history of building strong brands and delivering measurable lead generation results.
- Solid experience supporting B2B sales teams and aligning marketing strategies with revenue goals.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in global expansion and new market entry strategies is an advantage.
- Creative, data-oriented, and adept at thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
