Job Description
Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 monthly
Location: Dugbe, Ibadan – Oyo

Best Adeoluwa Global Investment Limited is a leading real estate and property management company committed to delivering top-tier services in property acquisition, development, and investment. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Operations to oversee daily business activities, improve operational efficiency, and drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance business efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee property management, lease administration, and compliance with real estate regulations.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize company performance.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within real estate or property management.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial tools.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian real estate laws, rental agreements, and mortgage regulations.
