Job Description
1Techlink Limited, a multi-sector company operating in e-commerce, academy, loan services, and POS solutions, is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to lead and optimize operational functions across all business units. The role requires a results-driven, process-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in managing complex, multi-vertical organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all business units, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to set standards.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and consistency across departments.
- Lead operational teams, set performance targets, and monitor KPIs to ensure objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including CBN requirements for loan and POS services.
- Supervise vendor onboarding, logistics, last-mile delivery, and customer satisfaction in the e-commerce unit.
- Oversee the operational aspects of 1Techlink Academy, including curriculum rollout, tutor recruitment, and learner engagement.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while improving operational turnaround times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or professional certifications are an advantage).
- 5–10 years of operational leadership experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple business units and deliver operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience implementing systems for improved productivity.
